1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

1.1 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Submit your refund request within 30 days of purchase
  • Provide a reason for your dissatisfaction (optional but helpful for improvement)
  • Not have completed more than 80 percent of the course content
  • Not have previously received a refund for the same course

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your full name, email address used for registration, and order number
  3. Briefly explain your reason for requesting a refund (optional)
  4. Allow up to 5 business days for us to process your request

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

4. Special Circumstances

4.1 Promotional Courses

Courses purchased at a discounted price or through promotional offers are subject to the same 30-day money-back guarantee.

4.2 Bundle Purchases

If you purchased a bundle of courses, refunds can be issued for the entire bundle within 30 days of purchase. Individual course refunds from a bundle are not available.

4.3 Gift Purchases

Courses purchased as gifts are eligible for refunds following the same terms. The refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Certificate fees paid separately from course enrollment
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago
  • Courses where more than 80 percent of content has been completed
  • Subscription services after the first month
  • Digital downloads that have been fully accessed

6. Account Termination

If we terminate your account due to violation of our Terms and Conditions, you will not be eligible for a refund of any kind.

7. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing course content, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We are committed to resolving technical issues and ensuring you have a smooth learning experience.

8. Course Updates and Changes

We continuously update our courses to ensure they remain relevant and valuable. If significant changes are made to a course you have purchased, you will be notified. Such updates do not affect your refund eligibility during the 30-day guarantee period.

9. Partial Refunds

Discourse Journal does not offer partial refunds. All approved refunds are for the full purchase price of the course or bundle.

10. Currency and Payment Method

Refunds will be issued in the same currency and payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
